Polres Pigment cakes consist of crushed coloring pigments in polyester binder. Since they do not contain monomers or solvents, their storage and shelf life is more than 5 years. Polyester, vinilester resins and gelcots are designed to color and have the same chemical structure. Therefore, they are compatible to be confused with each other. They are also used safely in the coloring of different resin systems. Our Pigment Cakes have unlimited color options for composites.
RAL Colors
Pigment pastes are produced according to RALK7 catalog colors and gelcoats are colored according to the desired RAL K7 catalog codes.
Opaque Colors
Used for coloring polyester, vinyl ester resins and gelcoats.
Intermediate Colors
They are colors obtained from mixtures of the main colors. Polyester resin is used in the coloring of vinilester resin, polyurethane resin and gelcots.
