Our R&D Vision
Our R&D department supports the enhancement of our products' competitiveness in national and international markets by directing research and development activities within the company. In line with the work carried out, state-of-the-art equipment is being adapted to our system, and many new products are being introduced.
Our goal is to conduct applied research by keeping pace with technological developments in the resin industry and to become a competent research and development center that enables new products to enter the global market. All resins we sell today are produced at our facility and tested by our expert team in our own R&D laboratory.
Our R&D Work Process
Demand Assessment
Our expert R&D team evaluates customer demands and determines which resin with which chemical and mechanical values is required for which application.
Formula Development
The existing formulas are modified according to the desired mechanical properties with the proportions of glycol, acid, acid anhydrides and monomer.
Pilot Production
In laboratory conditions, studies are carried out in 2-5 kg pilot reactors to produce the desired resin.
Testing and Approval
The developed formula is sent to the customer as a sample, and after approval, a large pilot study is initiated for industrial testing.
