Production Advantages
Production Efficiency
Sandable gelcoats provide significant time and labor savings on automotive production lines. Optimizes production processes with 40% faster sanding compared to traditional primer applications. Thanks to its homogeneous structure, it extends the life of the sanding disc and minimizes dust formation, increasing the comfort of the working environment.
Quality Assurance
Developed in accordance with Class A surface quality standards of the automotive industry. Excellent paint adhesion prevents paint bubbles, cracks and peeling problems. With its high thermal resistance, there is no loss of performance in baking processes and successfully passes automotive test standards.
Application Instructions
Humidity Control
Strictly prevent moisture from entering the mixture. Moisture may cause deterioration of the gelcoat structure.
Timing
The optimum sanding time after gelcoat application is between 4-8 hours.
Thickness Control
Recommended gelcoat thickness is between 400-600 microns. Avoid excessively thick applications.
Surface Preparation
Make sure the surface is clean and oil-free before sanding.
